The owner, and the guy with the BIG vision. Everything he does is done big or not at all. He has a big family; a big portfolio of businesses between Portland and Dayton. In his spare time, he’s a big supporter of the Trailblazers and Beavers. Most importantly he has big dreams for the team that he has assembled.
Slade wears two hats as our GM and Sales Manager. He is competitive and driven; committed to leading the execution of the organization’s mission on a daily basis. He’s been married to Lorrie for over 20 years. When they are not at their son’s baseball game, they can be found on a boat somewhere, enjoying the sunshine.
Our People Gal graduated from Portland State University with degrees in both Human Resources Management and Business Leadership. She chose this career path because her two passions are people and business. Now she has the opportunity to apply her passion, knowledge and experience to her role as our People Gal dealing with everything “people” here at CFM Management, Inc.
Nadine - Slayer Gal
Got a problem that is multiplying faster than you can fix it? Give it to Nadine for a speedy resolution. Her background is a distinctive blend of Computer Programming, Accounting and Management. She takes-on our Hydras. No wonder we call her “The Slayer.”

Food and sales is in Ken’s blood. With over 20 years’ experience, Ken has earned the title Main Guy. For his customers, he’s the main guy sourcing their ingredients.
Want to get your ingredients, and talk a little indy rock or baseball? Mac’s the one to go-to when you have an ingredient challenge you need solved. His background as a chef, and knowledge of food chemistry solidifies his place as our Go-To Guy.
Vance is steadfast in his commitment to make sure your order is right. When you order with the Right Guy, know that he will spend time ensuring every detail is right.
Do you want to create a relationship with a sales rep that will stand the test of time? Call our Stand-Up Guy. He’ll listen and provide feedback in a stand-up sort of way. With over seven years’ experience, he will provide unique insight regarding your needs, and will build a lasting and trusting partnership.
Got an industrial sized recipe? Call Nick, he’s got industrial sized solutions. Nick has spent his career in the food industry. From the big picture, to the smallest detail he will provide custom solutions for your unique supply chain. He’s a pretty nice guy, and he’s smart. Freaky smart.
Who’s got it? Megan’s got it. Who’s got it? MEGAN!! Handing your purchasing requirements over to Megan means you’ll get a good communicator, who is as tenacious as she is honest. Are you ready to give your orders to someone who gets it? Give it to Megan, she’s got-it.

Nate is in charge of our Foodservice division here at foodguys and is always looking to provide an awesome experience for his customers. He brings flexibility, honesty and solutions to your foodservice needs. If you want a private label program, foodservice or retail, he is the guy to talk to.
Max, our Dedicated Guy, has been dedicated to a life in sales since the ripe age of 12 when the school principal shut down his profitable candy sales business. Upon college graduation, it was only natural that Max would dedicate his career to that of sales, in a role where he is dedicated to you, his customer.
Jeff is the “Dynamic” guy because he is a force that stimulates progress as he finds solutions and services to fit his customer’s food related needs, helping them grow their business.
Lorisa understands how frustrating buying can be in any industry and what it means to give outstanding customer service. This Veracious gal does what it takes to get the job done, and will always be a straight shooter. If you need answers or solutions, she’s your gal!

Lysha – Billing Gal
Getting the invoices and bills out to the customer? It’s in Lysha’s court. When she’s not getting another stamp on her passport, she bakes. She brings her treats into the office, and keeps us well fed.
Jenn P. – Double-Check Gal
Jenn P. is our Gal when it comes to ensuring accuracy around customer invoices, constantly double checking weight conversions, dates and all the other good stuff you see on invoices.

Michele – Inventory gal
If inventory accuracy matters to you, Michele’s your gal. She has over 10 years of inventory management experience and understands the importance of making sure that our inventory is as accurate as possible. “We can’t sell it, if we can’t see it.”
Nathen - Guy
Support
Becca – Big Picture Gal
Becca supports the Lead Guy. She actively looks at the big picture, then identifies the plays to make it happen. She repeats this day in and day out.
Gary – Destination Guy
Gary supports our sales by making sure that products get to their destination; when the customer needs them, and how the customer needs them. He also makes beer, making him a really popular guy. His Mantra? There is a positive to be found in everything; find it, use it, and exploit it.
Jake – Wise Guy
Tracy – Support Gal
With Mark’s big dreams, he needs support to execute on those dreams. Tracy is Mark’s Executive Assistant and Property Manager. After running a day care for several years, it was only natural for her to bring her multitasking skill set to support Mark’s big ambition.
Jenn H. – Comic Relief Gal
Jenn H. brings amazing organization skills, customer service skills and yes, an abundance of comic relief to the team here at foodguys. She takes full ownership of everything that comes across her desk and is determined to resolve any customer needs that come up in a diligent and timely manner.
Marshall – Solid Guy
He’s dependable as he is solid. Supporting a couple senior sales agents, he ensures solid delivery of products. Marshall is a solid sports enthusiast, and he always runs the office pools (and wins A LOT).
Ronna – Many-Hats Gal
Ronna is our Many Hats gal because she has her hands on a lot of projects in any given day be it mail management, shipping, guest services, office organization, documentation preservation, and anything else that keeps the foodguys team flowing.
